Product Overview
This E1840P LS1 Camshaft Lifters Rocker Arms Kit is designed for selected 2007–2014 Chevrolet and GMC 5.3L V8 applications equipped with factory Active Fuel Management / Displacement on Demand. It combines a stock-style AFM camshaft, eight AFM hydraulic roller lifters, eight standard hydraulic roller lifters, timing components, oil pump, water pump, head gaskets, head bolts, and related sealing parts for complete upper-engine and front-engine service.
When camshaft lobe wear, lifter damage, or valvetrain-related misfire diagnosis requires cylinder-head and timing-cover removal, the camshaft, mixed lifter set, timing drive, oil pump, water pump, and reassembly parts are commonly serviced together. This kit is intended to retain the original AFM/DOD valve-train layout, not convert the engine to a non-AFM configuration.

- Includes 16 replacement rocker arms for coordinated valve-train service; exact cylinder-head and rocker configuration must be verified.
- Includes 16 beehive valve springs for use with the listed Stage 2 camshaft profile.
- Designed for compatible LS1 engine builds using a 3-bolt cam sprocket and without factory AFM/DOD operation.
