6.4L HEMI MDS Camshaft & Lifter Kit with Head Gaskets, 5038419AB

This 6.4L HEMI MDS Camshaft & Lifter Kit is intended for owners, engine builders, and repair technicians servicing the listed valvetrain configuration on 2012-2014 Chrysler 300. The vehicle must also use 6.4L engine, engine, valve train position, and Valvetrain and MDS Valvetrain configuration.

Use this 6.4L HEMI MDS Camshaft & Lifter Kit when camshaft, lifter, rocker, spring, or related valvetrain wear has been confirmed during diagnosis. Diagnosis should identify the affected component, and the repair must match 6.4L engine, engine, valve train position, and Valvetrain and MDS Valvetrain configuration. Also verify Greasable or Sealed: Sealed and Configuration: Factory MDS Retained.

Relevant signs include persistent valvetrain ticking, misfire, rough running, or wear found on matched camshaft and valve-motion components. These symptoms can have more than one cause, so the vehicle should be inspected before treating the component as the source of the problem.

This 6.4L HEMI MDS Camshaft & Lifter Kit replaces the matched valve-motion components so camshaft rotation can be transferred through the specified valvetrain configuration. Its configuration is specific to engine, valve train position and Valvetrain and MDS Valvetrain requirements.

The package includes 8 x MDS (Cylinder-Deactivation) Hydraulic Roller Lifters, 8 x Standard (Non-Deactivation) Hydraulic Roller Lifters, 30 x Bolts, 1 x Cylinder Head Gasket Set, 1 x Valve Cover Gasket Set, 1 x Camshaft.
