Use this Stage 2 Camshaft & Lifter Kit when camshaft, lifter, rocker, spring, or related valvetrain wear has been confirmed during diagnosis. Diagnosis should identify the affected component, and the repair must match 4.8L and 5.3L engines and engine valvetrain position. Also verify Engine Type: GM LS Gen III / Gen IV and Camshaft Type: Hydraulic Roller.
