If no one is present at the time of delivery the shipment may be returned to SUSUCAR at customer’s expense.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MOTOR FREIGHT SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES PRIOR TO SIGNING DELIVERY RECEIPT.

If you discover any damages or shortages, make a full description of the damages or list any shortages on the freight bill before signing.

IMPORTANT!!!

If you sign the freight bill without noting damages or shortages, then you are indicating to the freight carrier that the shipment was received complete and without damage.

If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.
