This aftermarket fifteen-piece engine-timing package combines the timing-chain, variable-valve-timing, and balance-shaft components recorded for selected GM Ecotec DOHC applications. The timing side contains one 148-link timing chain, one 23-tooth outer crankshaft sprocket, one VVT camshaft gear, three timing-chain guide rails, and one timing-chain tensioner. The balance-shaft side contains one 134-link balance-shaft chain, one 42-tooth inner crankshaft sprocket, two balance-shaft sprockets, three balance-shaft guide rails, and one balance-shaft tensioner.

The recorded engine family includes matching 2.0L, 2.2L, and 2.4L GM Ecotec DOHC applications. Published vehicle coverage includes selected Buick LaCrosse, Regal, and Verano; Chevrolet Captiva Sport, Cobalt, Equinox, HHR, and Malibu; GMC Terrain; Pontiac G5, G6, and Solstice; Saab 9-3; and Saturn Aura, Ion, Sky, and Vue configurations within the listed years. Camshafts, oil pump, water pump, gaskets, seals, bolts, fluids, timing tools, and components outside the fifteen listed pieces are not included.
