This Stage 2 Camshaft & Lifter Kit is intended for owners, engine builders, and repair technicians servicing the listed valvetrain configuration on the listed vehicle application. The vehicle must also use 4.8L and 5.3L engines, internal engine, valve train position, and Valvetrain and AFM/DOD Valvetrain configuration.

Use this Stage 2 Camshaft & Lifter Kit when camshaft, lifter, rocker, spring, or related valvetrain wear has been confirmed during diagnosis. Diagnosis should identify the affected component, and the repair must match 4.8L and 5.3L engines, internal engine, valve train position, and Valvetrain and AFM/DOD Valvetrain configuration. Also verify Engine Family: Selected GM LS-Series V8 Builds and Valve-Train Configuration: Non-AFM / Non-DOD.
