This aftermarket 5.7L/6.1L/6.4L HEMI Non-MDS Hydraulic Lifter Set provides 16 conventional hydraulic roller lifters for a complete engine lifter replacement on the listed HEMI applications. The set is configured for a confirmed Non-MDS valvetrain. On a vehicle originally equipped with MDS, these lifters may be only one mechanical component of a separately planned delete conversion; the set does not by itself convert the engine or disable cylinder deactivation.
The 5.7L/6.1L/6.4L HEMI Non-MDS Hydraulic Lifter Set transfers camshaft lobe motion through the conventional roller-lifter arrangement used by the selected valvetrain. It is intended for internal engine service when inspection confirms that the engine, camshaft profile, oiling condition, and repair plan call for Non-MDS lifters. The sales package contains the 16 lifters only. A camshaft, lifter trays, gaskets, plugs, control hardware, tuning, and other conversion parts are not included unless separately listed in another product. This set is limited to a Non-MDS valvetrain or to a conversion plan that separately supplies every other required component.
