Overview
The Front Magnetic Ride Shock Kit is a two-piece front replacement for the listed Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC full-size SUVs and K2XX pickup applications equipped with factory Z95 Magnetic Ride Control. It replaces worn, leaking or electrically unresponsive front MRC shocks that can reduce damping control, increase front-end movement or cause suspension warning messages.
Each shock connects to the factory suspension-control system through its attached electrical lead, allowing the vehicle to regulate front damping force. This is a bare-shock kit, not a loaded strut assembly. The original coil springs, upper mounts, dust boots and related hardware must be transferred if serviceable.
