We do not collect or charge sales tax on orders shipped within the United States.
MOTOR FREIGHT:
Please make sure that delivery location is accessible by a Motor Freight Truck. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to unload freight from truck. You must provide a good daytime phone number, where you can be reached to set an appointment for delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery the shipment may be returned to SUSUCAR at customer’s expense.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MOTOR FREIGHT SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES PRIOR TO SIGNING DELIVERY RECEIPT.
If you discover any damages or shortages, make a full description of the damages or list any shortages on the freight bill before signing.
IMPORTANT!!!
If you sign the freight bill without noting damages or shortages, then you are indicating to the freight carrier that the shipment was received complete and without damage.
(If you do not see a picture and message attached to your freight order with the information listed above, then your freight order may be tampered with.)

Make sure your shipping address is correct.

Shipping Partners
Shipping partners- USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL company. Normally, we will ship the product customer ordered from the nearest warehouse. Customers will get their items in 3-5 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time. Transfer cargo needs more time.
Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:
Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
Contact our staff as soon as possible
Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging
Lost Packages
If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue.

If you are unhappy with your order or should you wish to return or exchange a product then please contact us at any time from Monday to Friday within 30 days after you received the item. All of our products are sold with a 30 days money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.
Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.

1) Buyer need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
2) Return postage is undertaken by SUSUCAR.
3) Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
4) Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.
2. You purchased the wrong item:
1) Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.
2) Shipping fee is not refundable.

4) Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.

4. Shipping damage:
We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.
5.We shipped the wrong item:
1) Return items must be in original condition.
2) Buyer must email us at susucarllc01@outlook.com within 30 days after the item arrived
3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.
6. Cancellations/Refused Delivery:
1). Buyer must contact the sales representative as soon as possible.
2). You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before shipping.

The Steps of Return:
1. Provide videos or pictures of your description, and send the picture of the labels stuck on the package to susucarllc01@outlook.com
2. Pack the product well into the original box, seal it, and send a picture of the wrapped package to us.
3. Send to the address as per the instructions in the email or message.
4. When the goods are sent out, send us the shipment receipt or tracking number in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you with your return and refund. )
5. Our warehouse will confirm if it is intact after receiving the product, and then we will arrange your refund.
